"Doing this work has actually changed my life. It allowed me to show up as the person that I want to be for my children and my partner. I am Chey, and I'm from Brisbane. I spent a few months working with Nadine towards the end of last year. We have two young boys, and I run my own coaching business alongside owning a metal roofing company.

I feel expanded; I have come home to the real me after releasing a lot of the things that I have been holding on to for so many years. I feel lighter. This container has definitely expanded my consciousness as a human, allowing me to elevate as a person within relationships, health, and so many different areas of my life. Yeah, I just feel so easy now. This is probably the most bougie experience that I've ever been a part of, and it has been complete and utter bliss. Feeling worthy of actually receiving. "Massive thank you, Nadine. You've taught me so much about me, and you've also taught me that life can really truly be what I create it to be. Hi, I'm Tara. The motivation for joining E&E was really to take time to invest in me, to then be able to extend on my knowledge that I have. I'm feeling grateful, grateful to be a part of the E&E container community, full of extra knowledge. It's been able to reignite the tools that I have within me, but it's enabled me to no longer live in fear. It's actually taught me to really believe in myself, tap into my true powers, and then share with those around the world. It's been enjoyable, very grateful once again. Remain optimistic, allow yourself to remain grounded, and be open to receiving as much information as possible. Just be true to you and know that you have all the resources within you.

It has meant a tremendous amount—lots of releasing, lots of reconnecting, lots of resetting has taken place personally, and also I can see how it is already having a positive effect on my family. Lots of new decisions for my future, which is exciting. But you can achieve anything; you don't need to be scared. Just listen to your gut instinct, believe in you, and be authentic. I don't need to stay in this box and think, 'Okay, am I good enough? Do I need to have all these extra tools?' When really, everything that I need is inside me."

"It is amazing, even being 31 weeks pregnant. I'm Alice, and I came into Nadine's world through UFS. After having a heavy grief journey, I was invited to come onto E&E this year, which was a perfect expansion to what I'd already done. Feeling really good, I've never felt a sense of calmness in the past. I've been quick to always think about what's next, what I'm gonna do next, what am I gonna achieve next. At the moment, I'm feeling really grounded and happy. I'm saying a lot more big 'fuck yeses' to me, to things that are gonna look after me, and putting myself first, not just my kids. I'm not just the mom anymore; I'm looking after myself.

Through that journey, I've become more me, more grounded, and much happier, and that affects all of my relationships in my life. Don't think about it, just do it. The more you start saying yes to yourself, the more growth that you'll see. Just jump all in, 100 percent. You are capable, you're resilient, loved, you can freaking do this. And I think E&E has really cemented it all for me that I've broken the generational trauma. My kids will never know, they'll never experience what I had to experience; they will never have to carry the trauma that I carried."

"I started doing  E&E  because I was working with Nadine as her accountant. I was just love watching her growth in such a short period of time, and I was just like, 'I need to know what you're doing, and I need to get on this.'

I'm Shannon, an accountant from Bunbury in Western Australia, and I have two boys who are 4 and 6. I just went all in without even really knowing what it was or anything about it. I feel complete, a journey that I've been on to have Nadine. It wasn't a cookie-cutter approach; it was a very personalized, intuitive approach to give all of us what we didn't know we needed each week. It's bougie. We're so incredibly lucky to be spoiled by the team, and I feel so grateful to have this experience. I've learned things from the problems that others have shared, even though they're not related to what's happening in my life; it's all connected. I don't even have words to describe Nadine. “She literally changed my life. If it wasn't for Nadine and what she has been able to offer to so many people, she's just this gift, and I'm so appreciative that she came into my life. This work has changed the way that I am as a mum and a wife. I've been able to make the change so they get to have the best version of me that I didn't think I could be and hadn't been for a very long time. I'm gonna say probably 30 years of my life. The fact that they get to have this amazing version of me is just... I'm so blessed to be able to give that to them as a gift.My name is Krystle, I'm from the Gold Coast. I joined  E&E to further my growth. I feel really relaxed and grateful and appreciative that I get to meet these beautiful women and to be in a space where I can just be open and receive and give. I have found my gift and I've been able to elevate that and bring that on to start a new business, a new way of moving forward, and bringing that into my life.

If it's ever been a thought in your mind, then it's the sign to do it. I think more people need to listen to their little voice inside their head that tells them that it's time to do something, instead of the 'what if.' It needs to be 'what now.' Stop thinking of doing; expand, elevate. Instead of thinking, just do it. It will get better. You will go through a lot of shit, and you're gonna think that it's gonna be rock bottom, and you'll get there. I promise you, it will be absolutely amazing. This life that you get to live is just absolutely phenomenal, and the fact that you get to share it with the people that you love is just amazing."
