Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring - Trading as The Muller Family Trust
‘Customer' means the party engaging in the services of Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring Bloom subscription service.
Bloom Prices and fees
1. All pricing for Bloom is in Australian dollars
2. All prices for Bloom are for the listed and mentioned services only and are subject to change in line with third party providers, the Australian dollar and other unforeseen circumstances.
3. By purchasing or opting to subscribe to the Bloom subscription you are agreeing to a minimum of 6 months of the subscription service. (Please see cancellation of Bloom subscription section 7,8 and 9)
4. Cost of the Bloom subscription service will be at a per monthly fee of $69.00 for founding members with the pay in full option of $699.00 discounted by $138.00 for 12 months of the subscription. The payments will be debited monthly if paying per month or annually if paying in full from your nominated banking card continuously until opting out of the subscription at request.
5. Cost of the Bloom subscription service for non founding members will be at a per monthly fee of $99 or the pay in full option of $999.00 discounted at $198.00 for 12 months of the subscription. The payments will be debited monthly if paying per month or annually if paying in full from your nominated banking card continuously until opting out of the subscription at request.
6. Customers may be required to enter into arrangements with third parties in order to allow for the services of Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring to be provided. Any such agreements are between the customer and the third parties. Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring encourages customers to review any terms and conditions prior to acceptance.
Cancellation of Bloom subscription
7. If you are required or needing to cancel your Bloom subscription you are eligible to do so after the 6 month agreed upon period.
8. Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring require 14 days notice prior to your next scheduled payment cycle for the subscription to be cancelled. If the notification is not prior to 14 days of your billing cycle it will be cancelled for the next months payment cycle.
9. If you are to cancel your Bloom subscription you are required to email client support at [email protected] with the details of payment dates so that Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring are able to process this request.
Privacy
10. Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring will protect your personal information as required by Australian Privacy Laws as well as European requirements for customers based in that location. Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring will not use your personal information except for the purpose of engaging in and entering into and completing a transaction and the services. The customer must ensure that before disclosing any personal information to Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring that the customer is entitled to disclose that information and without taking any further steps as required by The Australian Privacy Laws Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring may use and disclose such information for the purpose of entering into any transaction under these Terms of Trade. If the customer becomes aware of any breach or alleged breach of the Privacy Laws concerning to information disclose by Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring to the customer or any other party, or by the customer to Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring, then the customer must notify Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring at [email protected]. likewise Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring will notify the customer, and if necessary, The Office of the Australian Commissioner if Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring becomes aware of any breach or alleged breach of the Privacy Laws concerning information disclosed.
Security
11. Any transactions completed with online with Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring are completed using SSL technology, which provides the high-level encryption for online transactions.
12. Any online payments is transacted via third party providers and subject to the terms and conditions imposed by those providers.
General
13. Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring reserves all rights in relation to intellectual property created and used by it on its website and in any documentation. Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring has taken every measure to ensure that it has the permission to use the intellectual property of others. Any misuse of copyrighted material by customers or users of any website or publication operated by Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring is strictly prohibited.
14. Terms and conditions may be changed at any time without prior notice to its customers. Notification will be sent to all customers at the time of the terms and conditions alterations.
15. Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring shall be under no liability if it should be unable to carry out any provision of this agreement for any reason beyond its control.
16. The customer is agreeing fully to Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring terms and conditions of trade by electing to engage in the services of Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring.
17. The services provided by Nadine Muller Coaching and Mentoring does not offer this or any other products to people under the age of 18 years. The relative time for determining a potential customers age is at the time of paying the upfront fees required by these terms and conditions.
18. Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring makes no guarantee or warranties, either express or implied, outside of that required by Australian Consumer Law.
19. The customer warrants they are medically fit to undertake the personal development subscription offered by Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring.
20. The customer request the services of Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring at his or her own risk. Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring will not be held liable for any losses or damages caused as a result of services purchased from Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring.
21. The customer agrees that any strategies and devices provided by of implemented by Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring remain the intellectual property of Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring and may not be used outside the terms of this agreement.
22. Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring will take reasonable steps to ensure that is employees and agents, and any subcontractors engaged for the purpose of this agreement, do not make public of disclose the customer information and data which could reasonably be expected to be kept in confidence, unless legally compelled to do so.
23. By opting into this agreement you are giving Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring permission to use your posts, stories or tags, re-shared, Also screen shots, recordings and messages with all material involving and/or mentioning Bloom or Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring for promotional resources for Bloom and Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring.
24. The customer is also responsible for the accuracy of their instructions and directions to Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring. Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring will not accept responsibility/liability for infringements or inaccuracies caused by any wrongly supplied instructions or materials.
By reading and acknowledging this you are agreeing to enter into the terms and conditions provided here by Nadine Muller Coaching & Mentoring for the Bloom subscription service.
