I'd just turned 50 and had hit an all-time low of rock bottom because I'd started planning to take my life. At this point, I realised this was a serious situation, so I reached out to Nadine. I knew I needed to do differently from what I'd done in the past. Psychological treatment and pharmaceuticals were no longer serving me.
